The company´s 26th production received its world premiere on 26 January 2017, at Grusomhetens Teater´s newly-renovated theatrical space at Hausmania and performed at Theater Xcai in Tokyo Japan in September. It is inspired by the latter half of the life of Arthur Rimbaud (1854-91), when the French poet left the artistic circles of Paris to become a trader of coffee and firearms in Ethiopia. Rimbaud in Africa questions which role art have in society. What did Rimbaud find in selling coffee and guns that the poetry could not provide? Could an answer to this question have any meaning for our lives today?
