How to be an “actor technician of his/her emotions” such as Antonin Artaud (1896-1948) dreamt it? How to feel your way of acting as a whole, by amplifying your presence on stage without dividing the thinking and its embodiment?
A practical experience through different exercises and approaches inspired by Odin Teatret, Grotowski, butoh and others.
In 2019, Antonin Artaud’s work and writings are in the public domain, an event that constitutes a new era for the exploration of its influence.
From the performing arts and philosophy to politics, this conference aims to be an intercultural and transdisciplinary inventory of Artaud’s influence spanning from France to Latin America.
